FHG has been conducting hotel, convention and conference centre feasibility studies since our inception and have completed projects in Canada, the United States and Europe.

These feasibility studies involve a review of external factors including but not limited to: demographics, locations analysis, economic indicator analysis, traffic patterns and other salient factors. We review other developments in the area, including assessing the quality of other demand generators and development within the area of the site. We also develop a detailed supply and demand analysis of the current and projected hotel market in the general area and the specific community. Our reports provide the client with a full understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of a particular site — allowing the investor to make a prudent and well informed investment decision.
