FHG International Inc., Foodservice and Hospitality magazine and The Ted Rogers School of Hospitality and Tourism Management are pleased to present the 2015 Bottom Line: A detailed reporting outlining Canadian Restaurant Operations Performance.

The report features the findings of the third national financial survey of the restaurant industry in 10 years. It provides important segment information, which will be of great value to everyone in the industry. This year’s Bottom Line compiles data for restaurant operations across Canada. The responses used are from approximately 450 operators representing 1,400 units across Canada.
