The Fisher/Hollyer Graduate Scholarship was developed to:

• celebrate our 15th year in business [in 1999]
• promote graduate studies within the Canadian foodservices and hospitality industry.

We believe that those who understand and love the service industry should actually have an opportunity to run it. The development of this scholarship is our way of supporting those who have the spirit to obtain the education necessary to do it right!

We wish to thank our clients for their support since our inception in 1984, and honour them by awarding this scholarship to those it will help educate and those who will ultimately be bringing these advanced skills to our industry.
