	Foodservice Consultants Society International 2001 Award for Excellence in Management Advisory Services Recipient of the industry's most prestigious management consulting award.

	ON April 18, 2000, Douglas P. Fisher was inducted as a Fellow of the Hostelry Institute by OHI Chairman J.Charles Grieco. This honour was bestowed upon Doug in recognition of significant achievements and contributions to the hospitality-tourism industry in Canada. He is one of less than 100-Canadians who have been presented with this honour.
